Communication and teamwork

Discussing your return to work early on with all parties involved will avoid unnecessary frustrations when looking at options for a return to work. Planning to return to work is a process. A planning involves gathering information about current and anticipated abilities and discussing solutions to expected and ongoing challenges. Doing so in a collaborative way will more likely result in a successful return to work.
